Questions before you select a model

These answers help define the product family. Final dimensions and safety configuration should be confirmed for the actual application.

Should I choose a mobile dock ramp or a stationary dock leveler?

Choose a mobile ramp when forklifts work from yard level and the loading position may change. Choose a stationary leveler for repeated loading at a prepared raised dock and pit.

How is the required capacity calculated?

Use the combined operating weight of the forklift, maximum cargo and attachments, then confirm an engineering safety margin and the loading cycle.

What dimensions are needed for a stationary dock leveler?

Provide dock height, pit length, width and depth, the minimum and maximum vehicle bed height, bumper arrangement and available power.

Can width, capacity, colour and control method be customized?

Yes. These items can be reviewed with platform structure, hydraulic system, safety devices and transport limitations. Final feasibility depends on the complete site requirements.

Can I send a site photo instead of a drawing?

Yes. A clear wide photo with marked dimensions is a useful starting point. A drawing or dimension confirmation sheet may still be needed before production.
