Where It Fits

Built for changing loading points

Choose a mobile dock ramp when trucks or containers are loaded from ground level and the loading position may change. One ramp can serve several doors or yard locations.

01

Container loading

Connect a forklift route from the yard to standard shipping containers without constructing a permanent dock.

02

Warehouse yards

Move the ramp between loading zones to support seasonal peaks, temporary storage and mixed truck fleets.

03

Factory dispatch

Load pallets, machinery or bulk goods where a fixed loading bay is unavailable or not cost-effective.

Good fit when

The forklift works from ground level, vehicle heights vary, and the ramp needs to be repositioned.

Consider another solution when

A permanent loading bay already exists—use a stationary dock leveler. For vertical floor-to-floor travel, use a lift table or cargo lift.

Standard Model Range

Select capacity first, then confirm dimensions

The rated capacity should cover the combined maximum weight of the forklift, operator and load.

Engineering Details

A stable route from yard to vehicle

Each part supports one operating objective: controlled height adjustment, reliable wheel traffic and stable positioning during loading.

01

Reinforced steel frame

Main and secondary beams distribute forklift wheel loads along the ramp structure.

02

Open anti-slip deck

High-grip grating improves traction and allows rain, dust and small debris to pass through.

03

Manual hydraulic adjustment

Hand pump, cylinder and high-pressure hose raise the deck to match the truck or container.

04

Approach and transition plates

Front and rear transition sections create a smoother forklift path at both ends.

05

Protected finish

Surface preparation and industrial coating help protect steelwork in regular yard operation.

Safety Configuration

Stability before movement

Mechanical restraints and operating controls work together to keep the ramp positioned during use. Final safety configuration should match the site, vehicle and local requirements.

01

Adjustable support legs

Support points are set after height adjustment to provide mechanical support during operation.

02

Safety chains

Chains connect the ramp to the vehicle or container to reduce separation risk.

03

Wheel chocks

Chocks help prevent unintended ramp movement once the working position is set.

04

Side guardrails

High-visibility rails define the forklift travel path along the elevated deck.

05

Anti-slip surface

Expanded steel grating provides traction for forklift tyres in normal yard conditions.

06

Controlled descent

The hydraulic system allows the operator to adjust deck height in a controlled manner.

Operating note:Use only on firm, level ground. Confirm total moving load, secure the vehicle, deploy all specified supports and follow the supplied operating manual before forklift access.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you specify a mobile dock ramp

How do I choose the correct rated capacity?

Add the maximum forklift weight, operator weight and maximum cargo weight. Do not select by cargo weight alone. Send these figures to the engineering team for final confirmation.

What measurements are needed for a quotation?

Provide the minimum and maximum truck or container deck height, forklift width and turning dimensions, maximum moving load, available yard length and clear width, plus site photos where possible.

Does a manual hydraulic ramp need electricity?

No site power is required for the standard manual hydraulic height adjustment. If powered operation is preferred, confirm the destination voltage and frequency during configuration.

Can the deck width and height range be customized?

Yes. Capacity, clear width, length, working height, tyres, colour and several operating details can be reviewed. Non-standard changes require engineering confirmation.

How is the ramp moved and secured?

A towing connection is used for low-speed repositioning within the site. At the loading point, the ramp must be placed on firm level ground, secured to the vehicle and supported according to the operating manual.

What information is supplied before delivery?

The final scope should define the agreed model, main dimensions, capacity, configuration and shipping details. Operating and maintenance information is supplied with the equipment according to the order.

Request a Configuration

Let the site conditions define the ramp

Send the basic operating data. The team can then recommend a capacity and confirm whether the standard dimensions fit.
