Where It Fits

Vertical access that moves between work areas

Choose a mobile scissor lift when elevated work is directly above the base, use is temporary or occasional, and the machine can be repositioned on a suitable surface.

01

Factory maintenance

Reach lighting, ducts, pipework and production equipment at changing indoor positions.

02

Warehouse installation

Support racking, signage and building-services work on level floors.

03

Temporary outdoor access

Provide vertical access for short-duration work where the surface and wind conditions are suitable.

Good fit when

The task is mainly vertical, ground is firm and level, and the platform can be lowered before repositioning.

Consider another solution when

For frequent driving from the platform, use a self-propelled scissor lift. For rough or soft ground, consider a crawler model. For outreach around obstacles, use an articulating boom lift.

Engineering Details

A stable base for straight-up access

The chassis, outriggers, scissor stack, deck and hydraulic drive are configured around vertical access on a prepared surface.

01

Scissor lifting structure

Multiple scissor arms extend vertically while keeping the platform above the base footprint.

02

Working platform

Guarded deck dimensions vary by model and rated load.

03

Hydraulic lifting system

Power unit and cylinders raise the scissor stack through the specified platform height.

04

Towable mobile chassis

Wheels and towing connection support repositioning while the platform is fully lowered.

05

Deployable outriggers

Levelling supports increase the working footprint and stability before lifting.

Safety Configuration

Safety built around the operating condition

Towable aerial access depends on correct outrigger setup, level condition, wind limits and strict control of movement with the platform lowered.

01

Full perimeter guardrails

Platform rails and entry gate define the protected work area.

02

Outrigger setup

Every specified support is deployed and levelled before raising the platform.

03

Emergency stop

Accessible controls stop powered motion when required.

04

Emergency lowering

A controlled descent function supports recovery if normal power is unavailable.

05

Travel limits

Limit devices control the intended lifting range and final stopping positions.

06

Chassis restraint

Wheels are braked or chocked before the lift is raised.

Operating note:Do not tow or reposition with the platform raised. Verify ground bearing capacity, level, outrigger deployment, overhead hazards, wind conditions and the supplied operating manual before use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you specify Mobile Scissor Lift

What is the difference between platform height and working height?

Platform height is the deck height above ground. Working height may include an assumed operator reach and should not replace the platform-height specification.

Can the lift be moved while elevated?

A towable mobile scissor lift should be lowered and prepared for movement before repositioning. It is not the same as a driveable self-propelled model.

What ground is required?

Use a firm, level surface with sufficient bearing capacity and enough clear area for all outriggers.

How do I choose between 500 kg and 1000 kg models?

Add all occupants, tools and materials that may be on the platform, then confirm the chosen height, platform size and model capacity.

What power options are available?

The catalogue describes AC, DC battery and manual or emergency options. Final voltage and drive package depend on the model and destination.

Can it be used outdoors?

Only after checking the specific model, wind limit, ground, weather protection and operating manual for the actual environment.
