Where It Fits

Compact access through narrow indoor routes

Choose an aluminum alloy lift for directly-overhead maintenance where the machine must pass through tight access, remain lightweight and be repositioned manually.

01

Hotels and commercial buildings

Reach lighting, atriums, signs and ceiling services with a compact clean-looking machine.

02

Factory and warehouse interiors

Perform inspection and maintenance in narrow aisles or around production equipment.

03

Exhibitions and public facilities

Support temporary installation work where transport size and floor sensitivity matter.

Good fit when

The work is directly above, indoor access is narrow, floor conditions are firm and level, and platform load is relatively light.

Consider another solution when

Use a scissor lift for a larger deck or higher platform load, a crawler lift for rough ground, or an articulating boom for horizontal outreach.

Engineering Details

High-strength mast structure in a compact base

Aluminum mast sections, guided platform travel, stabilising outriggers and a lightweight chassis create narrow-access vertical lifting.

01

Aluminum alloy mast

High-strength mast sections guide vertical platform travel while controlling machine weight.

02

Compact work platform

Platform size increases with mast series and rated load.

03

Hydraulic or chain lifting system

The drive raises the platform along the mast structure with controlled motion.

04

Manual mobile base

Castors and handles support repositioning while the platform is fully lowered.

05

Deployable outriggers

Supports expand the working footprint and level the machine before elevation.

Safety Configuration

Safety built around the operating condition

Compact access equipment still requires full outrigger deployment, level setup, overhead clearance and strict control of platform load.

01

Platform guardrails and entry

A guarded platform defines the operator work area.

02

Outrigger interlock or procedure

All specified supports must be correctly placed before elevation.

03

Emergency stop

Controls stop powered movement when required.

04

Emergency lowering

A controlled lowering method supports recovery if normal power is unavailable.

05

Travel limits

Upper and lower limits manage the intended mast travel.

06

Electrical protection

Power, charger or battery components are configured for the selected supply.

Operating note:Use only on firm, level surfaces with all outriggers deployed. Do not reposition while elevated, exceed the rated load or operate near unprotected electrical hazards.
Configurable by Project

Fit the machine through the route before choosing height

The selected mast series must pass doors and corridors, deploy its outriggers at the work point and provide the required platform height and load.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before you specify Aluminum Alloy Lift

How many mast sections do I need?

Mast count depends on required platform height, rated load, platform size and allowable closed envelope. Compare the complete model data, not height alone.

What is the difference between platform height and working height?

Platform height is the physical deck height. Working height may add an assumed operator reach and should not be used as the machine specification.

Can the lift pass through a standard doorway?

Some models are designed for compact access, but doorway width and height must be compared with the selected machine’s current closed dimensions.

Can it be moved while raised?

No movement should be assumed while elevated. Lower the platform and prepare the machine according to the manual before repositioning.

Is DC battery operation available?

The catalogue describes AC, manual and DC control options. Confirm the required package and destination supply for the selected model.

Can it be used outdoors?

This product is primarily positioned for compact indoor access. Any outdoor use requires confirmation of the specific model, wind and environmental limits.
